The whole complex has 3 buildings, a common pool and a landscaped environment. For all apartments in the complex there is organized seasonal rental. Owners can decide to rent their apartment or use it for private purposes. The apartment is located in a nice peaceful location not far from the center of Novigrad and the beaches (900 m). Planned completion of the construction is in fall 2020. Apartment consists of  open space living dining and kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, loggia and a garden. Surface of the apartment is 49m²  with a garden of 6m² .  Each room will have an air conditioning and floor heating. Apartment has a storage for bycicles and a parking space.
