The new built house is located in Tar, a town between Novigrad and Poreč, on a hill slope looking towards the green istrian countryside and the sea. The KABO house has 250 m2 on a 909 m2 plot. The living area is in the ground floor and on the roof terrace, intimate zone is on the first floor.
Ground floor consists of living area divided in two level, kitchen, dining, WC and mechanic room. On first flor there are 3 rooms with bathrooms and a service room. It is a fluid open space that interferes with exterior.
The roof terrace can be used like a summer kitchen.
The whole complex has 3 buildings, a common pool and a landscaped environment. For all apartments in the complex there is organized seasonal rental. Owners can decide to rent their apartment or use it for private purposes. The apartments are located in a nice peaceful location not far from the center of Novigrad and the beaches (900 m). Planned completion of the construction is in fall 2020.
